Job Summary
Greet donors warmly, assist with unloading donations, and express appreciation to create a welcoming experience. Receive, inspect, sort, and price donated items efficiently while following established guidelines for quality categorization. Maintain a clean, organized donation area, ensure safety protocols are followed, and accurately document intake to report discrepancies. Uphold Kaizen standards by continuously seeking workflow improvements and collaborate with team members to support store operations. This role embodies the Goodwill Mission to empower people and upholds core values of excellence and customer-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability.
- Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and light industrial machinery.
