Job Summary
Collaborate with expert professionals to influence and shape business decisions and initiatives while developing technical expertise in data analysis, AI tools, and commercial acumen. Analyze and interpret data using Excel, Power BI, and SQL to support firm-wide strategies within a structured training environment designed to strengthen the early-career talent pipeline. Participate in a 24-month program with 30 hours of weekly availability in Ciudad de Mexico for advanced university students in Technology fields.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university students of Computer Engineer, Data Science, Software Engineer, Systems Degree or related
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency
- Availability to work 30 hours per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills
- Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
- Authorized to work in Mexico
