Job Summary
Collaborate with expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives supporting businesses across the firm while developing technical and interpersonal skills. Contribute to the Drive the Future Program's structured training experience to navigate the organization, build a professional network, and gain exposure to JPMorganChase culture and values. Analyze and interpret data using Excel, Power BI, or SQL, leveraging proficiency with AI tools to improve productivity and support decision-making. This 24-month part-time opportunity requires 30 hours per week of availability in Ciudad de Mexico for advanced university Legal students with one to one-and-a-half years remaining until graduation.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university students of Legal
- Advanced university students of Legal, Translator
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency
- Availability to work 30 hours per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills
- Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
- Authorized to work in Mexico
