Job Summary
Conduct data analysis and support decision-making initiatives using Excel, Power BI, and SQL while collaborating with expert professionals to shape business decisions across the firm. Apply generative AI tools to improve productivity and problem-solving within a structured 24-month, part-time program requiring 30 hours per week. Work independently to manage multiple priorities and develop technical and interpersonal skills while navigating the organization's culture and values. This opportunity is designed for advanced university students in Finance, Economics, or related fields with one to one-and-a-half years remaining until graduation.
Required Qualifications

- Advanced university students of Business Administration

- Advanced university students of Accountancy
- Advanced university students of Economics
- Advanced university students of Industrial Enegineer
- approximately one year to one and a half years remaining until graduation
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency
- Availability to work 30 hours per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills
- Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
- Authorized to work in Mexico
