Job Summary
Drive the Future Brazil internship program places university students in Corporate internships in HR Talent & Learning, Corporate Tax, or Corporate Legal. The program focuses on hands-on experience through program coordination, data/KPI reporting, facilitator enablement, and regional stakeholder management, with video interviews via HireVue, English proficiency, and in-person office work in São Paulo (Itaim Bibi). Open to Brazilian university students in the final year or meeting credit requirements, with start in July 2026 and onboarding after selection. 6 hours per day (30 hours/week) and in-office 5 days a week. Hiring process includes application, HireVue video interview, in-person or Zoom business interviews in May, and onboarding in June/July 2026.
Required Qualifications
- University students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law or related courses
- Graduation expected in Jul 2028 or later
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Available to work 6h per day (30h/week) from 9hs-16hs, 10hs-17hs or 12-19hs (with 1h lunch break)
- Available to work in person 5 days per week at São Paulo Office (Itaim Bibi)
- Full-time students not eligible unless in final year with credits
- Students from universities outside São Paulo Metropolitan area not eligible unless credits and commuting distance
