Job Summary
Drive the Future finance internship program offers part-time, hands-on training across divisions including Investment Banking, Wholesale Payments, Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, Credits, Risks, Technology, and Helpdesk. You will participate in a multi-year experiential program with coaching and mentorship, collaborate with experienced professionals to influence initiatives, develop professional skills, and pursue opportunities for full-time roles after graduation. The program supports personal growth through structured training, exposure to global resources and local expertise, and potential placement in Panama or other regional programs (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Panama). Skills emphasized include advanced English, MS Office proficiency, strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to contribute within a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
- Recent university graduate or near graduation with a Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced English level
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Availability to work in Panama City, Panama
