Job Summary

Senior Account Executive to own the full enterprise sales cycle for a remote-first SaaS solution in security/workforce management. Responsibilities include prospecting to close with enterprise clients, identifying customer needs, tailoring solutions from a highly configurable product suite, expanding existing accounts while pursuing net-new opportunities, collaborating with customer success and product teams to ensure long-term client success, and representing the brand at industry events and conferences. Requires 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, a proven quota-attainment track record in high-growth environments, deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first culture. Compensation includes a base salary of $135,000 with OTE of $170,000+ and a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • proven track record of exceeding quota in high-growth environments
  • deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations
