Job Summary
Perform residential property inspections for mortgage lenders, determining occupancy and reporting property conditions. Ability to drive for extended periods, manage time efficiently to complete inspections within 3-5 days, and communicate effectively with the inspection manager. Use of mobile app InspectorADE required for documentation. Must have personal vehicle, smartphone, office supplies, and undergo a background check.
