Drive-By Field Inspector - Huntsville & North Alabama (1099 Contractor)

Drive-by field inspector needed to perform quick property visits across the Huntsville, AL area. Responsibilities include visiting homes, taking photos, noting whether a property appears lived-in or vacant, and filing a short report from your phone. Most visits run 10–20 minutes. You choose the orders closest to you and work on your own schedule as a 1099 independent contractor. Requirements: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, smartphone, ability to pass a background check. Training is provided at no cost, and you can start inspecting Open Orders around Huntsville right away. Pay is per completed inspection via direct deposit; some visits require in-person occupancy confirmation; no prior inspection experience is necessary.
