Job Summary
Deliver Non-Alcoholic drinks to Guests, ensuring proper garnish and timely tray delivery across restaurant sections. Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes, assist in bussing, resetting tables, and clearing glassware. Keep service stations full, cleaned, and ready for use while maintaining a warm atmosphere. Answer questions regarding food and drink items, listen to Guest orders, and communicate needs to Team Members. Adhere to sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures, assess Guest demeanor, and report unusual matters to the supervisor. Work days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30 pounds and standing 100% of shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must be able to listen to hear Guests' orders and needs
- Must be able to communicate with Guests verbally
- Must be able to communicate with other Team Members
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Must be able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Must be able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- Must be able to adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- Must be able to follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated Guests
- Must be able to assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager
- Must be able to maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items
- Must be able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently adhering to Full hands in, Full hands out philosophy
- Must be able to maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members
- Must be able to dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
