Job Summary

Position panels on machine tables, flush and aligned with tooling holes, then start operation and remove boards at cycle end. Check processed parts against templates, verify tool sizes, and replace or reset tools in magazines as needed. Obtain drills, store them properly, and mark those requiring re-sharpening. Notify supervisor of unusual equipment issues or operating difficulties. Training occurs on 1st, 2nd, or mid-shift for 4–6 weeks before permanent 3rd shift assignment (10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., Mon–Fri) with occasional overtime available. High school diploma required; work involves standing for long periods, handling up to 50 lbs, and using small drill bits in a noisy, dusty manufacturing environment.

  • Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally
  • Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines
  • Use of small drill bits
