Job Summary
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC drilling and routing machines while preparing materials and drills per work instructions. Remove and clean panels and parts after processing, then update and complete the Production Log. Detect and troubleshoot malfunctions during drilling and routing to maintain job requirements. Report any quality problems or defects to management for corrective action. Support first shift operations from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Uphold core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork, and demonstrate behavior consistent with the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to perform highly repetitive tasks
- Ability to perform data collection
- Ability to keep accurate records
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in the business language (English)
- Basic computer skills for data entry, reviewing travelers, and completing documentation
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
