Job Summary
Schedule, safety, and logistics for geotechnical drill crews by assigning in-house and outside drilling projects, clearing underground utilities via the Miss Utility system, and conducting random site inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards. Manage fleet maintenance, DOT compliance, and daily field data reviews including drill logs and tailgate meetings. Coordinate with engineers, branch managers, and clients for scheduling and project setup while preparing subcontract agreements, estimating projects, and monitoring budgets for profitability. Handle project invoicing and Accounts Receivable calls to ensure timely payments. Assist with administrative tasks and attend networking events to support the Specialty Construction Group branch operations.
