Job Summary
Machinist on 2nd Shift at Carlson Tool & Manufacturing with hands-on training to set up and operate CNC drilling, deep hole, and honing machines in a team-focused, safety-oriented shop. Responsibilities include setting up and operating precision machines, monitoring operations, making adjustments for quality, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and forklift operation training. The role offers a 2nd shift differential (10%), weekly pay starting at $21/hr based on experience, comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision), HSA contributions, PTO/holidays, gainsharing, 401(k) with 3% match, referral bonuses, PPE reimbursement, and an employee-centric, family-owned environment with on-site amenities.
