Driller Helper

Driller Helper role supports drilling operations by assisting the Lead Driller in RC, Diamond Core, and Sonic drilling activities. Responsibilities include manual labor, preparing tools and supplies, handling rock chip or core samples, organizing and maintaining a clean, safe rig site, assisting with setup/takedown of drill rigs, and aiding in routine maintenance. On-site at project sites primarily in Nevada, Arizona, and California with generally 20 days on / 10 days off. Entry-level position with significant training and career development opportunities. Requirements include High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, willingness to travel and work on-site, reliability, teamwork, and problem-solving. CDL is preferred but not required; MSHA safety certification is preferred but not required. Company provides competitive hourly pay, LOA of $150/day, overtime, comprehensive insurance, and PTO; equal opportunity employer.
