Job Summary
Manage the rig floor, console, and crew while ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently. Supervise rig crew activities, including orientation and on-the-job training, and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Conduct regular safety meetings, lead blowout prevention drills, and verify that all employees wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Complete necessary documentation accurately and timely. Maintain composure under stressful conditions and direct team members effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid H2S Alive ticket
- Must have Standard First Aid ticket
- Must have eGSO
- Must have Confined Space Rescue ticket
- Must have Loader Training
- Must have Fall Protection ticket
- Must have Rig Rescue ticket
- Must have Detect & Control of Flammable Substances ticket
- Must have Boiler Ticket
- Must have Well Control (First Line) ticket
- Relevant experience of field work in the oilfield services industry
- Previous experience must include supervisory responsibility
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Journeyman Rig Technician
