Driller Assistant

Driller Assistant role involving driving, operating, and maintaining drill rigs and related equipment in outdoor, two- to three-person crews. Workweek typically Monday–Friday with possible weekends and nights; travel within Greater Puget Sound and eastern WA, with hotel accommodations provided and per diem. Responsibilities include conducting pre-trip inspections, solving problems, following safety policies, transporting materials, performing physical labor, and maintaining required certifications and training. The position requires passing a pre-employment background check and drug test, possessing a valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory MVR, obtaining and maintaining an interstate DOT Medical Card per FMCSA, meeting IRCA right-to-work requirements, and adhering to PPE and safety protocols (including respiratory protection when specified). Prior experience with sonic, auger, rotary, or direct-push rigs is a plus but not required.
