Job Summary
Program, set up, and operate drill/router machinery while troubleshooting process issues and measuring parts with calipers and micrometers. Inspect components using microscopes to verify specifications, perform bar counting, and order necessary spare parts. Maintain equipment cleanliness and complete all production documentation. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Johanson Technology Inc., an equal opportunity employer in the electronic component manufacturing sector.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six (6+) months of experience in manufacturing/production environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Basic computer skills
- Math skills in Algebra and Geometry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must understand and follow a set of clear verbal and/or written procedures without deviation
- Must adhere to a provided work schedule to meet a set of qualitative production standards
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience with electrical/mechanical tools and test equipment
- At least 3+ years' experience in programming, maintaining, troubleshooting, set-up and operation of drilling machines (Excellon and EVO/Pluritec)
- Previous experience in an electronic component manufacturing environment
