Job Summary
Direct underground utility services by communicating clear instructions to the driller to avoid damaging utilities while maintaining equipment and reporting issues to the fleet or Foreman. Calibrate sonde and mix proper mud for varying ground conditions, ensuring all work adheres to current BlueState laws. Operate as part of a team to complete tasks with organization, timeliness, accuracy, and a focus on safety. Requires CDL, valid driver's license with clean record, and ability to lift 50 to 75lbs. Full-time exempt position in Rice Lake, WI.
Required Qualifications
- CDL
- Valid Driver License and clean driving record
- Must be able to mix proper mud for ground conditions
- Must be able to properly calibrate sonde
- Lifting 50 to 75lbs
- Must understand current bluestake laws
- Must have great communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways

Desired Qualifications
- Experience using a SUBSITE or UMAG locating system
- Possess Mechanical Skills
