Job Summary
Application Engineer for North America Offshore Drill Bits delivering technical insights, applications analysis, and product recommendations; partner with field operations and sales to provide technical value, perform post-sales support including run analysis and troubleshooting, approve drill bit repairs, support new product development, document technical findings for stakeholders, and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and service quality. Working hours typically Monday–Friday with field or customer visits; comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- 4+ years of technical field experience, preferably in drilling or drill bits
- strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- ability to analyze and resolve technical problems in fast-paced environments
- experience leading programs or projects with cross-functional teams
- customer focus and ability to influence stakeholders
