Job Summary
Lead production operations at the Klintehamn feed factory, ensuring daily delivery against targets while managing staffing and safety compliance. Develop maintenance and investment budgets with the Operations Chief and collaborate with local authorities, quality, and technical teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and report directly to the Division Operations Chief. This role supports the core "from farm to table" value chain within Lantmännen's agriculture division, where the facility produces approximately 41,000 tons of feed annually. The position involves a rotating three-shift schedule and requires experience leading production staff, technical aptitude, and proficiency in budgeting and Excel.
Required Qualifications
