Job Summary
Manage customer operations in Region Syd, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and follow-up for assigned consultants. Conduct daily customer meetings to ensure high-quality service and long-term relationships while handling operational planning, scheduling, and staffing. Proactively identify new business opportunities to drive regional growth within logistics, production, and transport sectors. Lead a team with full responsibility for delivery, requiring the ability to combine hands-on work with structured management. This key role in a fast-growing company offers significant influence over both your own work and the region's development.
Required Qualifications
- Erfarenhet av ledarskap inom bemanning, rekrytering eller lager/transport/produktion
- Förmåga att kombinera operativt arbete med ett organiserat och strukturerat arbetssätt
- En naturlig förmåga att bygga relationer och skapa förtroende – med kunder och konsulter
- Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
- Körkort B

- Ledare med bakgrund inom exempelvis lager eller produktion
