Job Summary
Assist the Planning, Engineering, and Construction Section with reporting, tracking, and project design. Review and provide input on recommended procedures and Distribution Standards while researching instruction manuals for directives and equipment usage. Document current Safety Procedures and review accident/claim reports. Support the Superintendent of Training/Safety with special projects and assignments. Requires a degree in Engineering, Safety Science, or Occupational Safety, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational management skills. Fall/Winter 2026 co-op role for current employees.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Safety Science, or Occupational Safety
- Must have verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have organizational management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and usually under short deadlines
