Dressing Table Operator

Dress, plate, inspect, and coordinate food orders to ensure timely preparation within 5-8 minutes of receipt. Expedite and call orders to other operators while monitoring dressing table temperatures and restocking. Sanitize work stations, follow safety and security uniform rules, and maintain good personal hygiene. Lift and carry 30-pound trays of food, requiring standing, bending, and stretching throughout the shift. Requires good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity along with basic math and reading skills. Works well with others and maintains composure under stress.
