Job Summary
Conduct direct case management for up to 20 participants facing employment barriers, including assessments, service plan development, coaching, and post-placement follow-up. Manage daily Dress for Success operations, overseeing client suiting appointments, inventory logs, and donation intake. Provide day-to-day supervisory coverage for staff and volunteers, handling time approvals, training, and performance tasks. Deliver job readiness workshops, coordinate employer referrals, and compile monthly program data for grant reporting.
Required Qualifications
- At least two to three years of experience in case management, workforce development, or a related human services field
- Familiarity with populations facing employment barriers and a commitment to working with diverse backgrounds and economic challenges
- Prior experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Bachelor's degree in human services, workforce development, business, or a related field
- Current ACT 33 (Child Abuse) and ACT 34 (Criminal Background) clearances
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Some evening and weekend hours
- Local and occasional regional travel
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- General computer literacy with ability to input into data collection software and MS Office and Google Suite applications
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Strong computer aptitude
- Willingness to learn agency-specific software
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Workforce development, career coaching, or case management training
- Experience with database systems and online tracking platforms
- Bachelor's degree in human services, workforce development, business, or a related field (preferred)
