Job Summary
Team Leader for the Dries Van Noten Selfridges store responsible for assisting the management team and stepping in for the Store Manager in their absence. Manages all team members, merchandise and customer service, aims to achieve sales objectives, uphold high operational and merchandising standards, build highly motivated teams, and develop Fragrance Consultants to the next level. The role requires proven experience in luxury fragrance/beauty, excellent customer service and communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to drive sales and maintain brand standards in a luxury retail environment.
