Job Summary
Operate equipment to assist with daily plant production and upkeep, including inspecting all areas for maintenance, repairs, and screen changes. Perform welding and fabrication duties as needed while detecting safety hazards and equipment malfunctions to respond accordingly. Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures outlined in MSHA policies and OSHA guidelines. Work evenings and weekends when necessary to support operations. Experience with large aggregate equipment, welding, and mechanics is preferred, along with MSHA certification. Join a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and hands-on training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends when necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Experience preferred in large aggregate equipment including loader, haul truck, water truck, and skid steers
- Knowledge of welding and general mechanics preferred
- High school education or GED equivalent
- MSHA certification preferred
