Job Summary
Coordinate dredge movements by communicating with operators and barges, renew anchor and buoy lines, and secure mooring lines to vessels. Monitor wire cables, winches, and mooring fixtures while coupling and aligning dredge pipelines to ensure efficient silt discharge. Complete the mandatory Daily Boat Maintenance Log/Checklist and assist with washing, maintaining boats and equipment, and keeping work areas clean. Comply with safety practices and report unsafe conditions per company procedures. This role requires 3 to 5 years of dredging or marine construction experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in dredging or marine construction
- Must be able to travel
- Must Provide own tools besides specialty tools like a welder, compressor, etc...
- A Valid Driver's License is required to be maintained throughout your employment
- Must be able to work outside for entire shift in all weather conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet)
