Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 years of progressively responsible, related restaurant operations experience
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
- Ability to use standard office equipment and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong influencing and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
