Job Summary
Assist in general management of Fine Dining operations, oversee guest service and lead by identifying and assigning work to Fine Dining team members while ensuring guest satisfaction; manage scheduling, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance with policies; develop initiatives to increase sales and control costs; hire, train, and evaluate staff; maintain product knowledge and a professional workplace; ensure safety, sanitation, and high standards of quality and service across all venues; require strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle guest issues and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of progressively, responsible related restaurant operations experience are required.
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Successfully complete Responsible Alcohol and Food Safety Service certification within ninety (90) days of start date.
