Drawing Technologist (DT) – Audio Visual Systems

Create detailed infrastructure and line drawings in AutoCAD based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, and specification sheets. Develop comprehensive cable pull lists for precise routing and identification, while preparing small parts lists to ensure all miscellaneous components are accounted for onsite. Accurately load equipment bill of materials and drawings into data management software for project tracking and inventory control. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to confirm technical accuracy and align drawings with system designs, then review standards and update as-built information from the field. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), two years of AutoCAD proficiency, and AVIXA CTS certification.
