Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in the assigned unit, ensuring every patient receives direct and proper care. Analyze patient information, including medical history and diagnostic results, to develop individualized nursing care plans. Prepare nursing processes such as medication administration and treatments, while reconciling medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning. Requires an Associate degree in nursing with one year of RN experience and a valid NC or Compact state license. Shift runs 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
