Job Summary
Manage a pipeline of up to 160 loan files at a mid-level within 90 days, ensuring construction budgets are set up correctly and activating files in the Land Gorilla system. Complete welcome calls with Borrowers, Builders, and Clients to demonstrate the portal and set draw expectations, then review submitted draw and change order requests while collecting supporting documents. Ensure inspections and title update orders are placed within Land Gorilla, order title endorsements, and prepare draw recommendations for Client review before releasing funds. Approve or deny draw requests, maintain strict confidentiality, and communicate effectively with Team Members, Clients, Vendors, and Stakeholders. Work remotely with a salary range of $24-28/hour for full-time candidates residing in CA, WA, AZ, ID, VA, TN, FL, NC, or MD.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of construction and renovation mortgage experience
- Minimum of 2 years of draw administration/project experience
- Familiar with inspection and title reports, and draw documentation
- Familiar with AIA documents, insurance policies, and state statute requirements
- Familiar with Construction terminology
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must have a naturally positive demeanor
- Strong organizational and quantitative skills
- Client-facing presentation skills
- Must be adaptable
- Accepts constructive criticism
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to think analytically
- Ability to meet deadlines

- Resides in one of the following states: CA, WA, AZ, ID, VA, TN, FL, NC, and MD
