Job Summary
Clean all draught lines every 14 days by disassembling, reassembling, and reinstalling them, while maintaining faucets and checking for bad gaskets. Respond to service calls to troubleshoot and resolve draught line problems, and install new draught lines and systems at customer accounts when necessary. Clean keg couplers, check kegs in the warehouse for defects, and order cleaning solutions and parts as needed. Proactively monitor competitive activity and build retailer relationships through strong communication and problem resolution skills. Work Monday through Friday with occasional on-call weekends, lifting up to 165 lbs. in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 19 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Basic mechanical background
- Valid drivers' license
- Must have the ability to safely lift a minimum of 24 lbs. without assistance, waist level, waist to shoulder level, shoulder level to overhead
- Must have the ability to push/pull/lift a maximum of 165 lbs. with appropriate equipment
- The ability to pay attention to detail, problem solve, troubleshoot, and make decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook and either entry-level (or ability to learn) Mobility
