Job Summary
Supervise all activities of the student organization; oversee elections and certify results to the Assistant Principal for Student Services; approve candidates for club offices; train officers and members in office responsibilities; review and submit constitutions/charters when needed; approve club announcements, meeting dates, activities, flyers, and merchandise; attend all meetings, social events, and fund-raisers; conduct annual inventory of equipment and supplies; complete required forms and reports; consult with the APSS for smooth operation; coordinate access to Skyward accounts; represent the club at events; maintain effective communications and relationships with staff and community; expected to read/write and present information clearly and to support governance of school clubs.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
