Job Summary
Develop, validate, and integrate DRAM drivers for SSD firmware platforms while working with DRAM IP, PHY IP, ECC, and controller technologies. Create test procedures and debugging tools for DRAM validation, configure and validate DDR4/DDR5 mode registers, and develop initialization, power states, and refresh policies. Troubleshoot and resolve DRAM-related technical issues through strong problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration. Document technical requirements to support product schedules.
Required Qualifications
- SSD Firmware Experience (Must Have)
- Strong expertise in DDR4 & DDR5 protocols
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Leadership mindset and technical ownership
