Drainage & Subsidence Assistant

Assist experienced engineers with repairs, investigations, excavations, and reinstatement works across Chelmsford and surrounding areas. Communicate proactively with the Field Operations Team at HQ to resolve on-site challenges regarding kit, equipment, materials, or plant requirements. Work effectively within the team to learn all aspects of engineering roles, including subsidence investigations, with the opportunity to specialize and progress to Junior Engineer. This role offers a 42.5-hour week (Mon-Fri) with no on-call work, including door-to-door travel time. Auger provides a fully equipped vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, fuel, and trade cards, alongside training to become a qualified Engineer.
