Drainage Reactive Manager

Drainage Reactive Manager to lead the delivery of all reactive drainage works across the Rail Division, overseeing emergency and unplanned responses in a 24/7 environment. Manage labour, plant, subcontractors, and support functions to attend, manage, and close out reactive incidents, coordinating with Help Desk Service Coordinators, Duty Engineers, and field teams. Provide operational leadership during high-priority incidents, monitor KPIs and service levels, ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, review completed works with auditable records, identify recurring issues and implement improvement plans, and support client meetings and escalations. Strong leadership, decision-making under pressure, and experience managing operational teams in fast-paced settings, with good IT skills and a full UK driving licence.
