Drainage Foreman

Job Summary
Oversee daily field operations for drainage projects in heavy civil, roadway, and bridge work; supervise crews and coordinate with teams to ensure work is performed per plan; ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations; monitor gauges and indicators to verify equipment operation; review estimates and understand costs and production, and maintain schedules; maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, time sheets, and daily management reports; assist with loading/unloading trucks and deliveries; require familiarity with working from heights and/or manlifts; ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks; typically 50-hour weeks with no travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years drainage foreman experience
- Must adhere to OSHA safety protocol
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver’s license before employment
