Job Summary
Drainage Engineers and Designers sought to join AECOM’s Southeast Transportation team on large design/build and alternative delivery projects. Responsibilities include applying expertise in highway drainage design (storm drainage, cross culvert analysis, ditch design, bridge deck drainage, temporary drainage, stormwater quantity control) using Bentley MicroStation and Open Roads. Candidates will work on mega-projects across the southern US, collaborating within a global team of planners, designers, engineers, and program managers. Minimum qualifications include a BS in Engineering with related experience (levels vary by role), with EIT certification or PE license preferred. Sponsorship for US employment is not available; relocation assistance may be available. Roles are hybrid (remote/in-office) based out of a local AECOM office. The posting notes experience with large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects and State DOT experience as desirable.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience for CAD Designers
- Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
- Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
- Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
- Preferred Qualifications: EIT Certification or PE License
- State DOT experience
- Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
- Relocation assistance may be available for this role
