Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer in Florida with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 5-10 years of relevant experience to design stormwater management systems, analyze hydrologic models, and collaborate on projects while adhering to FDOT standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering
- Valid Professional Engineering Licensure (P.E.) in Florida
- 5 - 10 years of relative/progressive drainage/water resources and FDOT experience
- Valid driver’s license
- A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s in water resources fields
- Experience with MicroStation, Geopak, Civil3D, Storm CAD, ORD, ICPR, HEC-RAS, GIS and/or SUDA software
- Previous FDOT Drainage design experience
- Strong knowledge of FDOT standards and procedures
- Previous experience with Florida DEP and Water Management Districts
