Drainage Engineer - Portareel

Job Summary
Operate a Portareel alongside a two-person crew to clear planned and reactive blockages at Camberley sewage treatment works. Conduct thorough inspections of tools and plant before and after use, reporting any defects or malfunctions. Dynamically risk assess site access and working conditions, ensuring compliance with health and safety responsibilities and PPE requirements. Liaise with the client regarding progress updates while delivering effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems. Utilise VISTEC and Salesforce platforms to manage operations. Work unsupervised in all weather conditions using the correct lone worker system. Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work safely to quickly diagnose and deliver practical and efficient solutions to attain the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Experience in the use of High Pressure Jetting equipment
- Other drainage qualifications (e.g. NRSWA and Confined Spaces)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the use of High Pressure Jetting equipment is useful but not essential
- Other drainage qualifications (e.g. NRSWA and Confined Spaces) are an advantage
