Job Summary
Repair and maintain drainage systems by installing patch liners for first-time-fix sewer and drain repairs. Utilise the Picote system to remove scale, roots, and obstructions, while surveying the network to assess pip conditions and produce high-quality reports. Record job details on specialist equipment and liaise with clients regarding progress and updates. Conduct thorough inspections of tools and plant before and after use, dynamically risk-assessing site access and working conditions. Maintain good health and safety practices, ensuring vehicle stock is replenished and complying with all policies. Work in two-person teams across residential sites, delivering practical solutions to waste-water network problems while providing support to colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work safely to quickly diagnose and deliver practical and efficient solutions
- Ability to work unsupervised in all weather conditions
- Dynamically risk assess site access & working conditions
- Carry out risk assessments
- Mature approach to risk perception
- Utilise the Picote system
- Utilise VISTEC and Salesforce platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and participate in an on-call rota
- Comply with health and safety standards
- Be aware of all Lanes Group policies
- Ability to work outdoors

- Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished
- Conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment and plant before/after use
- Report any defects or malfunctions in regards to training

- Record each job report correctly

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the use of High Pressure Jetting equipment
- Confined Space Entry training (AP2)
