Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve drainage issues including clogged drains, sewer line backups, and root intrusion using video inspection and hydro-jetting. Install, repair, and maintain drainpipes, fittings, and fixtures while troubleshooting blockages, leaks, and pipe damage. Recommend additional services such as preventative maintenance packages or drain replacements. Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems and maintain detailed service records with before-and-after documentation. Operate company vehicles in compliance with state and federal laws while adhering to safety protocols. Manage stress during difficult customer interactions and work flexible hours from Thursday through Monday.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Years of Plumbing or Drain experience
- Drain Endorsement (required)
- Valid Driver's License
- Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors
- Ability to manage stress, difficult or emotional customer situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs
- Operating company vehicles
- Must be comfortable working in tight spaces for an extended period of time in attics and crawl spaces as needed
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Journeyman or Tradesmen License (preferred)
