Job Summary
Diagnose drain issues using inspection tools and clean drains following proper safety protocols. Safely operate equipment such as electric snakes and high-velocity water jets to inspect lines, then communicate with the Field Supervisor to arrange arrival times with customers. Utilize strong customer service skills to build value throughout the experience, successfully pass the call to the supervisor, and collect payment. Maintain drain machines in working order, attend service meetings, and manage truck inventory, cleanliness, and organization while practicing safe driving habits. Requires a valid driver's license, plumbing apprentice license with Drain Cleaner Endorsement, and experience using drain machines at residential homes. Schedule is Wednesday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using a drain machine at residential homes
- Ability to work in outdoors environments
- Technical competence in drain cleaning
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Plumbing Apprentice license with TSBPE with Drain Cleaner Endorsement and/or Residential Utilities Installer
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to run a jetter is a big plus
