Job Summary
Perform drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work on residential service calls while operating sewer camera equipment to diagnose main line issues. Identify repair or replacement opportunities through inspections and clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners. Build trust and help customers make informed decisions by working closely with dispatch and customer service for smooth execution. Maintain clean, organized equipment and a well-stocked truck while training and mentoring apprentices on proper drain and diagnostic work. Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and option sheets. Serve homeowners across the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware with no emergency on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience in drains, sewer, or related plumbing work
- Enjoy diagnosing problems and finding real solutions
- Are confident communicating with customers
- Take pride in your work and your results
- Are motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
