Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve drain issues in residential homes by assessing problems, recommending solutions, and completing quality repairs. Work independently in the field to troubleshoot plumbing challenges while clearly explaining repair options to homeowners. Maintain an excellent customer experience throughout the service call. Requires a valid apprentice plumber card with endorsement, a clean driver's license, and proficiency with ServiceTitan software. Earn competitive hourly pay plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- A valid apprentice plumber card (must have endorsement)
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to diagnose drain issues and confidently present repair options to customers
