Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve drain blockages in commercial facilities by operating specialized equipment such as sewer cameras and jetters. Perform minor plumbing repairs, communicate findings and solutions to customers, and complete detailed service reports. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and collaborate with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling. Participate in an on-call rotation while following all safety procedures. This role requires 3+ years of plumbing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read blueprints. We offer ongoing training, PTO, and a 401(k) match to support your technical growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing or drain service experience
- Experience troubleshooting commercial drain systems
- Ability to operate drain cleaning and diagnostic equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and written instructions
- Basic plumbing hand tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Climbing ladders and stairs
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crawling, and working in confined spaces
- Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Safely operating power tools and drain cleaning equipment
