Job Summary
Run drain cleaning machines, snakes, and hydro-jetting systems to clear clogs, and use cameras to inspect pipe interiors for repairs. Diagnose and fix broken, cracked, or leaking drain lines in residential sewer systems while interacting with customers to communicate service details. Create tech-generated leads compensated at a percentage of sold jobs. This full-time field role requires Saturday–Tuesday or Saturday–Wednesday scheduling, lifting 50–100 pounds of equipment, and navigating confined spaces like attics and basements. Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers' license with a clean record
- Ability to lift and carry 50-100 pounds of drain cleaning equipment, hoses, and snakes
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make quick and effective decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in the trades and/or drain cleaning a plus
- Proficiency in using ServiceTitan, Google Suite, and/or Apple devices a plus
