Job Summary
Diagnose drain issues, explain solutions clearly, and provide accurate service reports while responding to service calls to resolve clogs and backups. Use jetters, snakes, and camera equipment to perform maintenance and cleaning that keeps water and waste lines flowing properly. Work independently to meet daily goals, maintain tools and the service vehicle, and document work to collect payments and ensure accurate records. Assist customers with preventive maintenance solutions and follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards. This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to work extended hours, nights, or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the plumbing industry
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Ability to work in a fast paced and results driven environment
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations
- Ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
